Before we build anything, we need to understand your foundation — how your body moves, where it compensates, what it’s been quietly working around. The evaluation isn’t paperwork. It’s the most important hour of the entire process.

We assess your movement patterns, joint mobility, strength asymmetries, and history. What we find shapes everything that follows. Programs built without this step are guesswork. Programs built with it are specific, safe, and designed to compound.
